Where/When/Who/Why?:  Cupertino Library, M-F 4-8pm, Sa,Su 11am-6:30pm, Registered Cupertino Voters, For a Community-Friendly Vallco!  Take a stand against Developer Greed! (No more get-rich-quick-at-our-expense: Office!)


Just a few days left!!!!!

We have but a few days left and a few hundred signatures to go to put the Vallco Specific Plan (Tier 2) to voters. Please sign as soon as you can! Here's how:

Better Cupertino booth at the Cupertino Library
Monday-Friday  4pm - 8pm
Saturday-Sunday  11am - 6pm

If you can't make it to the library, we will get someone to you. Email us at contact@bettercupertino.org and we'll set you up.

BREAKING NEWS: Former City Attorney Randy Hom sues Cupertino for wrongful termination because certain council members didn't like is legal opinion on the Vallco SB 35 plan. Read all about it here: Mercury News and press release.

Meanwhile, Friends of Better Cupertino filed an amended petition with the court last Tuesday, October 16, to ask for relief from the City of Cupertino's illegal approval of the Vallco SB 35 plan. The suit is active (case No. 18CV330190).
